Congrats Gov. Palin!

 Palin or Fey? by raglind.

Earlier today Sen. McCain announced Gov. Palin as his Vice-Presidential choice.

Senator Cornyn issued a response, saying:

"This choice reaffirms Sen. McCain's commitment to energy independence, spending restraint and reforming the way Washington works. Gov. Palin supports an "all of the above" energy approach, with first-hand experience advocating it. She has a strong record of working to cut wasteful spending. She is firmly dedicated to promoting strong families and protecting the most vulnerable in society. Gov. Palin will be a true agent of change who brings a breath of fresh air to Washington from far outside-the-beltway."

Last month Gov. Palin joined Senator Cornyn during his "Energy Independence Days" online. Read her guest post here.
