MJ Won’t Compromise

MJ Hegar says Democrats should “not compromise” and “not become moderate.” That’s no surprise to people who know MJ’s record.

She wants to devastate Texas’ energy economy through a cap-and-trade system and a carbon tax. She has said a Medicare for All model “could be great” and called single-payer “the future of our healthcare system.” And MJ even said in a debate that she would consider cutting off funds to our police officers.

Voters throughout the state — especially folks in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin — are going to reject MJ’s proposals to make Texas look a lot more like California and New York.
